Si ces annonces n’ont finalement pas été portées par la Ministre des Transports en clôture de ces assises le 13 décembre dernier à la Villette – il faut dire que FO se faisait entendre au même moment au pied du bâtiment – ses projets ne font désormais plus de doute selon son administration !

Les organisations syndicales de son ministère ont ainsi eu connaissance de sa volonté de porter la création de redevances pour l’ensemble des usagers du réseau routier national (vignettes, péages), représentant 400 M d’Euros pour les seules entreprises de transport routier. Un projet très cohérent avec « Action Publique 2022 » et ses objectifs de privatiser les missions de service public et supprimer les emplois de fonctionnaires.

Pour circuler demain sur le réseau routier – y compris à 80 km/h – les citoyens devront-ils justifier d’avoir les moyens de l’emprunter, au-delà de justifier d’avoir les moyens de disposer d’un véhicule encore autorisé à circuler ? C’est bien la question qui est ici posée.

La FEETS-FO rappelle son attachement à l’égalité d’accès aux infrastructures de transport et à leur financement par l’impôt, élément indiscutable du pacte républicain.

La FEETS-FO rappelle les effets du hold-up opéré en 2007 sur le réseau autoroutier concédé par la vente des « Bijoux de famille », et s’oppose à toute nouvelle privatisation dans le domaine notamment celle des Directions Interdépartementales des Routes.
